Language is ever powerful and constantly changing. We once encouraged families to talk about health food and unhealthy food but times have changed. We have ultimately learned that a food can be healthy to a point, but we can overeat too much of one food to make it come to the point where it is no longer healthy. Ultimately, we need to help our children vary their diets and find that intrinsic desire to be a well rounded eater. Michelle has been reading more and more about the idea of “eating the rainbow”.
